Maid Local Cleaning Service

This service is for reoccurring cleanings usually following an initial, more in depth cleaning. This involves general cleaning of all rooms including; dusting and cobweb removal, tidying, wiping all surfaces and mirrors, emptying all trash cans and replacing bags, fill & run dishwasher (if applicable), mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.

ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CAN BE ADDED AT ADDITIONAL COST: Baseboard and door frame detail, spot cleaning walls, scrubbing any heavy build-up, cleaning inside oven, cleaning inside of refrigerator, cleaning blinds, vacuuming tops of curtains/valances, cleaning windows and sliding door tracks, wet wiping ceiling fans and light fixtures (if accessible), carpet cleaning, carpet edging and laundry service.

This service involves the cleaning of all work areas such as offices, cubicles, showrooms, reception/lobby areas, break rooms/kitchens and bathrooms. This cleaning service includes, but is not limited to; disposing of daily debris, dusting hi-low surfaces (window sills, air vents if accessible, electronics, etc.) organizing, refilling supplies (paper towels, toilet paper and seat covers, soap dispensers), wiping and disinfecting all surfaces, appliances and furniture, cleaning dirt and fingerprints from windows and doors and other glass surfaces, emptying all trash bins and wiping them down, mopping and buffing floors, sweeping and vacuuming all carpeted areas. I make your space fresh, safe and ready for your clients and staff! 

When remodeling or doing construction, It can get very messy! This service may include any of the following: Removing all trash, left-over lumber and debris, removing dust, dirt, and scuffs from surfaces, removing any protective film from windows and glass, washing windows and doors, dusting fixtures and appliances, cleaning the trim, baseboards, frames, and door jambs, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping. I will determine what specific cleaning tasks need to be done based on each individual space, and remodel/construction being done.            

This service includes sanitizing of all surfaces; door handles, appliance handles/buttons/knobs, light switches, chairs, cabinet exteriors and hardware, dresser/desk and closet knobs and pulls, T.V. remotes, video game controls and children's toys (if applicable), trash lids, keyboards/keypads, thermostats, sinks, faucets and toilets.
